We provide regular skills practice and coaching for one of Cranfield’s most prestigious executive leadership programmes.
The business school approached us with a question; could we design an experiential activity that would bring their academic theories to life? After careful consideration, we created a rich and stimulating developmental workshop that students find both challenging and memorable.
Our team not only act as facilitators and role-players in this activity, but also provide one-to-one coaching support that the executives find invaluable.
