Over the course of 2 years, we provided 40 actors per day at several assessment centres throughout the UK recruiting over 20,000 prison officers. The actors’ skill, consistency, objectivity and unfailing attendance proved an invaluable resource for this campaign.

Our team role-played with candidates using a scripted method to ensure fairness for this examination process. We also provided actors to facilitate the centres, which involved the vital task of fully briefing the candidates for each exercise and putting them at ease throughout their challenging day.

We continue to work closely with HMPS and other public sector bodies, most recently assisting in the area of strategic planning and suicide prevention.
