After a rigorous tendering process, we were selected by O2 to bring the company’s psychometric tool to life. For this project we used techniques from improvisational theatre and performed hot-seating scenarios, as well as creating role-play exercises that included comprehensive developmental feedback.
Following the success of the training we were also commissioned to deliver an experiential learning workshop at a senior management conference on the topic of ‘the power of body language’. This was also produced into a film by our team that was then used as an integral part of other O2 training courses.
