After mystery shopping the hotel properties and collating the results, we devised and delivered an interactive workshop to support all managers in the area of customer service.
Following the success of the managers’ workshop, we were asked to roll out the session to all staff in over 40 properties across the UK.
Since that time we have further assisted with other bespoke programmes, including, for example, workshops to accompany the launch of their vibrant theatre-style kitchens, the Steam, Bake and Grill. Other projects include a significant contribution to Senior Management Events and the creation of unique training films.
