NV have designed and implemented numerous bespoke workshops to assist DeVere Hotels.
After mystery shopping the hotels and collating the results, NV devised a tailor-made interactive workshop to support all managers in the area of customer service.
Following the success of the managers’ workshop, NV was asked to roll out the session to all staff in their 41 properties across the UK.
Since that time NV has further assisted DeVere with other bespoke programmes, including workshops last year to complement the launch of their unique and vibrant theatre style kitchens, the Steam, Bake and Grill. Our latest project in 2008 is a workshop specifically tailored for all DeVere Venues.

NV had the privilege of providing actors, facilitators and writers for the Historic Royal Palace's comprehensive course of staff training.
Following extensive research of all five palaces and their people, we created scripts for role-plays, workplace scenarios, forum theatre exercises and humorous sketches.
As well as performing the above, NV actors worked closely with participants to make their learning fun and unforgettable. One activity involved the staff producing a video in two hours which NV directed, filmed and facilitated.
We were involved in all 36 workshops and served Historic Royal Palaces with the pride and panache that is commensurate with their culture.
NV assisted Her Majesty's Prison Service with their national recruitment drive for 20,000 prison officers.
Over the course of 2 years, NV provided 40 actors per day at several assessment centres throughout the UK.
Our actors' skill, consistency, objectivity and unfailing attendance proved an invaluable resource for this campaign.
Actors role-played with candidates using a scripted method to ensure fairness for this examination process. NV also provided actors to facilitate, which involved the vital task of fully briefing the candidates for each exercise whilst putting them at ease throughout their challenging day.
